International Exchange Programs (IEP) is a work and travel organisation specialising in sending young Australians and New Zealanders on working holidays overseas, currently to Canada, Britain, Ireland, the USA, South Africa, Cambodia and Peru. IEP is one of the largest work and travel organisations in Australia.

In 1995 IEP was established as the Australian subsidiary of UK-based BUNAC. Today IEP and BUNAC's Work and Volunteer Abroad programs are part of a global network of organisations that continuously seek out more opportunities for young people to work and travel all over the globe. As these opportunities grow so will the programs that IEP will be able to offer.
