Congratulations Emma!

Emma was busy working to save enough money for her upcoming Summer Camp USA trip, when IEP rang to give her the good news. By simply submitting her program application before 28 November 2008, Emma went in the running to win return flights to New York. To her complete surprise, she won!

“I didn’t even realise I was in the competition. I applied months ago, I think I am in shock. Thank you so much!!”

Emma studies nutrition at university and would love to be placed at weight loss camp. She also teaches gymnastics and is really excited to be given the chance to help kids at camp.

We asked Emma what winning the flights meant to her, she said

“A lot less stress, I am a uni student and it is a massive relief to have that sorted. I’ve just been working hard to make money for my trip, that’s what I’m doing right now.  It’s such a great opportunity, thank you so much. I thought I was going to be using what I earned at camp to pay for my flights and now I can use that money for more travel!”

Emma is most looking forward to travelling and the culture.

“I really think I’ll return with a new perspective. I’ve done a bit of travel but I’ve never been to the US before,” she said.

An excited Emma ended the conversation by telling us exactly how she feels about Summer Camp USA
