"Doing horseback riding I had to get up at 6am and the kids would get up at 7:30am. Then I would teach until lunchtime and then have one hour off, then teach until 6pm. I’d get to bed about 11pm- the days were long but it was definitely worth it!

"I loved all of it, I guess everyone would say the best thing about camp is the people you meet and the relationships you form with the kids and the other counsellors. Then the whole after-camp experience is great because you can travel around America and catch up with other counsellors and stay for free pretty much anywhere!

"The best thing about camp was meeting people… I would consider some of the people I met there to be my best friends. I also gained independence, new friends, and learnt how to deal with difficult kids. Now I feel like I can do anything by myself.
