removed from those back home. With IEP you can experience the
best in ethical travel by immersing yourself in one of our social,
cultural or environmental projects. What better way to make a
real difference!

Check out some
of the adventures our past participants have had!
All of the programs offer exciting
and extremely rewarding projects situated in some of the world's
most exquisite and awe-inspiring landscapes. There are plenty
of projects to choose from, for example:
• Teaching English, handicrafts,
music or sports to children at a Cambodian orphanage.
• Get back to basics while
volunteering at a pre-school in a disadvantaged area of South
Africa where classes are held in non-traditional surroundings.
• Assisting veterinarians
caring for baby animals at the Zoological Park of San José,
Costa Rica. The zoo deals with mammals and birds confiscated from
illegal possession and trafficking.
• Discover and learn about
an archaeological site in Trujillo, Peru. This area is home to
some of the largest clay cities in the world, and ‘huacas’
pyramids dating back to the Mochica and Chimu pre-Inca period.
