ELIGIBILITY

If you hold a Canadian passport, that's easy, however for most Australian passport holders this will mean applying for a Canadian working holiday visa.

Eligibility for the two year Canadian working holiday visa are as follows:

• 18 – 30 years inclusive at time of application

• Have no accompanying dependants

• Hold an Australian Passport valid until at least six months after you intend to return to Australia

• Have evidence to show access to $A4000 if requested by a Canadian Port of Entry Office

If you have a serious medical condition; criminal convictions; or current charges pending, including DUI convictions; you may need to provide further documentation to the Canadian consulate.
