FAIR DINKIM JOBS AT FAIRMONT RESORTS
For most of us, an exquisite five-star hotel set in stunning natural surroundings with breathtaking views is something we can only dream about but for the staff of North America’s Fairmont resorts, this is something they get to take in every day – and that is only the beginning.

“The jobs that we are recruiting for range from Front Desk Agents to Food and Beverage Servers to Dishwashers. Some roles require previous experience while others are entry level.” Kelly said, “Regardless of the position an extensive orientation and training program is provided.”
Kelly explained Fairmont prides itself on providing fantastic customer service and is looking for applicants who understand the importance of this.
“What we look for in an applicant is; someone that smiles naturally and someone who genuinely wants to serve a guest. Many of the "tasks" required in the positions can be learned, however the authenticity of someone caring, is what we really want.”
