ELIGIBILITY

IEP encourages participants to apply anytime 12 months to 3 months before their intended departure. Simply follow the steps below to get the ball rolling on your Work Ireland adventure! We'll guide you through all the preparations necessary!

Eligibility for the Work Ireland program is as follows:

  • Aged 18 – 29 inclusive, but must apply for the visa before turning 30
  • Australian citizen
  • Hold an Australian passport valid for at least 6 months beyond date of departure from Ireland (ie 18 months from date of entry)
Alternatively you may be eligible for:
  • Irish, or EU passport
  • Irish ancestry
