BREAKING NEWS: Work USA - Old School is now open for 2008! Apply now!

IEP now offers two Work USA options for students! Choose to live and work in the USA for up to a year with Work USA, or spend your Christmas break from Uni/TAFE in the USA on Work USA - Old School!

If you’re a full time tertiary student who has completed at least your first year of study, a student planning to defer who has completed at least one year of study, or a recent tertiary graduate (within the last 12 months), you’re probably eligible for one of our Work USA options.

If you’re not a full time student you may be eligible for IEP’s Work USA Unlimited program. (Click here to find out more about this program).

APPLYING FOR WORK USA (12 month option)

To apply you must:

Complete the online application form
Complete a signed and stamped university/TAFE authorisation form
Complete a program agreement and payment form
Complete a completed reference

These forms must then be sent to IEP with:

Your payment
A copy of your passport
A copy of your student ID card (both front and back)
Previous J1 visas copies (if applicable)
Job Offer letter (if applicable)

APPLYING FOR WORK USA - OLD SCHOOL

To apply you must:

Complete a signed and stamped university/TAFE authorisation form
Complete a program agreement and payment form

These forms must then be sent to IEP with:

Your payment
A copy of your passport
A copy of your student ID card (both front and back)
Previous J1 visas copies (if you are a returner)
Job Offer letter (if applicable)

APPLICATION TIMELINE

Complete your online application form and send in your program agreement, reference and proof of student status forms		3 months+ prior to your departure
Work USA interview with IEP		1+ week later
Finalise logistics (insurance/flights etc...)		2+ weeks later
Request your visa documentation		3-8 weeks later
Visa organised - US consulate interview takes place		5-10 weeks later
		DEPART!
